Mr. Mohammad Nadir Tanveer Shaikh
The late Mr. Mohammad Tanveer Shamnameer Shaikh laid the foundation of CSA in 1997 with a vision rooted in discipline, integrity, and respect for human dignity. After his passing in 2010, his son, Mr. Mohammad Nadir Tanveer Shaikh, took charge as Managing Director – Operations, steering CSA into a new era of modernization and compliance. An MBA graduate from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, Mr. Nadir Shaikh represents the second generation of leadership, blending tradition with innovation. Under his direction, CSA has achieved the following Milestones: - Expanded from Maharashtra to 7 states, PAN-India - Partnered with industry leaders like DHL, Mahindra, BASF, Rustomjee, Apple, and Amazon - Introduced digital attendance, audit, and ERP systems - Maintained a 90%+ client retention rate - Achieved 200+ operational sites and 2000+ trained professionals. “Security is not just about protection, it’s about trust.
